This disclosure text has been issued with the purpose of providing clarification to data owners regarding rules and procedures for processing personal data collected through camera system used in the locations of Kanatlı Uluslararası Lojistik İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti. ("Kanatlı") which is data authority, as per the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") No 6698.

1.Purpose Of Processing Personal Data


The camera recording information collected is processed within the framework of the personal data processing requirements and objectives set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in order to ensure the security of the locations belonging to Kanatlı and the related persons related to Kanatlı.

 

2. Parties to whom Personal Data may be Transferred and Transfer Purpose


The personal data collected may be shared with Kanatlı Uluslararası Lojistik İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti. and suppliers and legally authorized institutions and organizations under the conditions and purposes of personal data processing conditions stipulated in KVKK for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the people in business relation with Kanatlı and for the purposes of ensuring the security of locations of Kanatlı and under  scope of the terms stated in article 8 of the relevant law.

3. Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data Collection


Personal data is collected through the camera system located in the locations. Personal data collected for the legal reasons mentioned above may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this disclosure text within the scope of the personal data processing requirements and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.


4. The rights of Data Owners and Usage of These Rights


Pursuant to the Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the following rights ,

  • To learn whether or not personal data have been processed,
  • To request information on the processed data, if personal data have been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether or not the personal data have been used in accordance with the declared purpose,
  • To know about the third parties at home and abroad, to whom the personal data have been transferred,
  • In case that the personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request their correction and to inform the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
  • In case the reasons that require processing are eliminated although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVK Law and other related laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to any consequence that may arise against himself/herself through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems,
  • Request for compensation of any damages incurred by himself/herself due to unlawful processing of personal data,

The owners of personal data may submit your requests for the rights mentioned above to the person concerned and their request for their personal data by submitting the application form to Kanatlı Uluslararası Lojistik İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti or to Kanatlı Uluslararası Lojistik İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti. , Barbaros Mah. These rights will be evaluated and finalized within 30 (thirty) days if they are transmitted by the personal data holders by the methods specified in the Kanatlı Uluslararası Lojistik İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti. KVKK Policy located at https://www.kanatlilojistik.com.tr.  Any payment shall not be requested regarding the requests; however, the right to request any payment based on the price tariff specified by the Board of the Protection of Personal Data in case the transaction may require any additional cost.
